Construction Project - Medical Clinic : The construction team, working alongside some of the local men, faced the challenge of renovating/converting an abandoned building into a Medical Clinic in the Gualey area of Santo Domingo. The project included: rewiring the entire building for electrical services, installing sanitary plumbing and connecting it to the existing sewer system, installing a modern water purification system, fabricating & installing door and window security bars, etc. The team accomplished much more than originally planned, but they were disappointed that they didn't have enough time to complete the project.

Construction Project - Medical Clinic

Medical Outreach : The medical team set up clinics in different poor areas of Santo Domingo on each of 5 days. Working along side local doctors and nurses, the were able to examine and provide treatment for more than 1000 people, who were unable to afford medical care. Physician Travel Packs purchased from Health Partners International and other medical supplies were brought in from Canada and the United States.

Outdoor Meetings : In so many ways, the Lord went way beyond our expectations for this Journey of Compassion. More than 1000 patients treated, a medical clinic in the poorest part of the city built, hundreds of believers trained and released to do the healing works of Jesus, and too many miracles to count. What a privilege to be part of this Kingdom activity. Bishop Rincon spoke about how the city has been changed through this Journey. But not only that— having experienced first-hand the power of God and the reality of His Kingdom, 60 missionaries from three nations have also been changed.

Outdoor Meetings

Teaching/Training/Ministry : The ministry teams went to ten different churches to equip pastors, leaders and church members in healing ministry. We prayed impartation for hundreds of people and saw many immediately used by the Lord to heal the sick—eyes and ears were opened, pain left, paralysis was gone. The emphasis was on getting the locals doing the ministry and every day we saw leaders and their wives and children ministering supernatural healing to each other. This alone had a major impact and they’re hungry for more.
